Meet Our Team

Randy Shelley

Founder/CEO

A Chattanooga native, Randy Shelley was born and raised in Ooltewah, TN. After launching his career in civil engineering, he made a bold pivot in 2008 to pursue real estate investing full-time—and never looked back. Since then, Randy has successfully bought and sold over 500 properties across the Chattanooga area, earning a reputation for strategic vision and results-driven execution.

In 2018, Randy elevated his focus to high-impact investment opportunities, including large multi-family apartment complexes, self-storage facilities, and launching a hard money lending company, Mission Funding—further solidifying his role as a key player in the region’s real estate landscape.

Beyond the numbers, Randy is grounded in what matters most: family and adventure. He enjoys an active outdoor lifestyle with his wife and two young daughters. He has recently embraced RV travel and looks forward to exploring new destinations while creating lasting memories with his family

Tony Williams

Chief Operations Officer (COO)

Tony started his banking career in 2008 during one of the most tumultuous and difficult real estate times of our country. He honed his skills in lending, gaining invaluable knowledge from the market during those trying times. As a result, he developed a deep understanding of how to prepare for both difficult periods and the larger growth opportunities that followed.

Over the next decade, Tony climbed the corporate ladder, only to discover that real estate had always been his true professional passion. By God’s hands, he was led to Mission Funding and now has a home that he can use his extensive amount of real estate deals of experience. With this wealth of knowledge, Tony is able to offer his expertise, helping others navigate the path to financial freedom without having to face the same pitfalls.

A passionate hockey enthusiast and golfer, Tony finds his greatest fulfillment beyond the rink and field—sharing and creating meaningful moments with his wonderful family.
Armanda McGarvey

Loans Administrative Director

Born and raised in Cleveland, Tennessee, Amanda McGarvey’s career journey reflects her diverse interests and passion for making a difference. She began her professional life in retail, working as a cashier at Bi-Lo, before transitioning into childcare, where she found joy in teaching young children. While thriving in this role, Amanda always had a strong desire to work in banking. In 2014, she took the first step toward this goal by joining Regions Bank as a teller. From there, she advanced to become the head teller at First Volunteer Bank (Builtwell), eventually concluding her banking career at Pinnacle Bank.

After leaving banking, Amanda explored a new path as an assistant, a role she enjoyed but felt she could take further. This drive led her to the hard money lending business, where she became a Loan Administrative Director. Amanda thrives in this position, finding fulfillment in helping others every day.

In her spare time, Amanda enjoys spending time with her three dogs and her family. She is especially excited to watch her niece and nephew grow up, cherishing the moments she shares with them.
