How to Apply for Funding
APPLY
We perform a soft credit pull which does not affect your credit score. Once we get you approved as a preferred borrower, you will be given direct access to the property application system. This allows you to be able to submit your deals anytime, day or night.
SUBMIT YOUR PROPERTY FOR REVIEW
Just got your deal under contract, we want to hear all about it… Loan amount? Rehab costs? Your planned sale price…Once we have the main picture, we will do an in-house appraisal and inspection, we’ll get you a quote asap. You like the terms, then we go to Step 3.
FINAL DOCS
Get us the final docs needed, (Insurance, etc…) and we will be all set. We will wire the funding to the title company, you sign the necessary docs, and BAM, you own the property! Simple, fast, and direct.
